The project's goal, according to representatives, is to resolve user requests in just 30 minutes. Upon achieving this goal, the average response time to any user message will be 5 minutes. This indicator will become a record for technical support in the cloud technology industry. According to internal user surveys, the quality of tech support is a decisive factor when choosing a cloud provider (60% of respondents ranked technical support first in the quality rating).
